Our Board took cognizance of the strategic challenges and opportunities in the business sustainability and vertical integration of our coal energy enterprise, thus making critical a cohesive unified leadership of the Board and Management to meet business objectives toward greater shareholder value. 

To avoid abuse of power and authority, and potential conflict of interest, our Board designated Rogelio M. Murga, ID as Lead Director in July 2020, in compliance with SEC’s Code of Corp Governance for PLCs Recommendation 5.5.
