YES. The Board conducts annual performance reviews of the CEO and COO based on key result areas, which consist of Board-approved financial and non-financial performance metrics. The Good Governance Department administers the performance evaluation process, tabulates the rating results, and summarizes the evaluation comments.

Evaluation results are submitted to and/or discussed with the CEO, COO, and Corporate Governance Committee for proper disposition or action.
