YES. The Company's Notice of Meeting is written in English as it is an official language in the Philippines and for the benefit of foreign stockholders.
For the 2020 ASM, the Notice was first disclosed via the PSE’s Electronic Disclosure Generation Technology (PSE EDGE) on May 11, 2020. On June 1, 2020, the SEC 20-IS was likewise disclosed with detailed agenda and relevant information for the shareholder's consideration.
Following standard practice, copies of the notice were delivered to the stockholders via guaranteed courier service.
