YES. The Company has an Insider Trading Policy which prohibits directors and employees (covered persons) who have knowledge of material information concerning the Company, which have not been disclosed to the public, including any information likely to affect the market price of the Company’s shares of stock, from trading the Company shares.
The Policy was discussed with directors and other covered persons immediately after its approval. The Compliance Officer and Legal Department closely monitor the trading activities of the covered persons to ensure full implementation of the policy.
