YES. The Chairman and the Chief Finance Officer affirmed the true and fair representation of the annual financial statements through its signed and notarized Statement of Management’s Responsibility for Financial Statements, attached to the Audited Financial Statements for fiscal year end.
The Board of Directors also reviews and approves the annual audited financial statements of the Company.
