YES. On May 6, 2019 the Corporate Governance Committee inherited the functions & responsibilities of the Compensation and Remuneration Committee as aligned with the SEC Code of Corporate Governance. The Charter of the Compensation and Remuneration Committee is disclosed to the PSE and SEC and posted in the company's website.
