Response
YES. On May 6, 2019 the Corporate Governance Committee inherited the functions & responsibilities of the Compensation and Remuneration Committee as aligned with the SEC Code of Corporate Governance. The Corporate Governance Committee held three meetings in 2020. Their attendance was disclosed in the Annual Report (SEC 17-A).
